An upgraded electricity line is connected, as is the mains water supply. In addition, the property has its own well which is used both for domestic water and to irrigate the gardens. Internet connection is provided by the Iberbanda wireless system.

The property is fifteen minutes drive from Iznajar. Malaga and the airport are one hour away as it is the beautiful and historic city of Granada.
